As a Senior Project Manager, you will work directly with the CPO to drive key strategic initiatives from planning to execution. You will be responsible for enabling seamless cross-time zone collaboration, ensuring alignment between China and US teams on goals and priorities, while establishing robust project governance frameworks to support the product organization’s scaling efforts. You will serve as a critical bridge between strategy and execution, leveraging data-driven insights and rigorous project management to empower leadership decisions and enhance organizational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

1. Own end-to-end delivery of the CPO's top-priority strategic projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timely execution.

2. Design and implement robust project governance frameworks, including standardized reporting cadences and performance tracking mechanisms for product organization.

3. Ensure seamless alignment between US and China priorities by establishing clear communication channels and operational synchronization across time zones.

4. Develop comprehensive executive briefings and data-driven analyses to support high-stakes decision-making at the leadership level.

5. Proactively identify project risks and dependencies while establishing clear accountability structures to maintain team alignment and momentum.

Requirements

1. 8-12 years of progressive program management or Chief of Staff experience in technology sectors, preferably SaaS or eCommerce.

2. Demonstrated success supporting C-level executives in globally distributed organizations.

3. Native or bilingual proficiency in both Mandarin and English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

4. Exceptional analytical capabilities paired with strong organizational skills and executive-level presentation expertise.

5. Naturally structured thinker with impeccable attention to detail and proven reliability in fast-paced environments.
