Responsibilities
1. Email Campaign Production & Execution
- Build, test, and deploy email campaigns across lifecycle programs (e.g., onboarding, nurture, retention, cross-sell).
- Partner with Marketing Ops on the operational campaign workflow and setting up campaigns in HubSpot (or equivalent), QA/testing, scheduling, and monitoring delivery.
- Support A/B testing by setting up test groups, deploying variations, and reporting results.
2. Marketing Automation & Segmentation
- Execute audience segmentation based on targeting provided by marketing and GTM partners.
- Maintain and optimize automated workflows (e.g., lead nurturing, re-engagement, churn recovery).
3. Reporting & Optimization Support
- Track and report on core email metrics (deliverability, open rate, CTR, conversion, unsubscribe) and provide regular performance dashboards.
- Optimize email content, delivery timing, and audience segmentation through A/B testing and multivariate testing to continuously improve ROI. Develop targeted engagement strategies based on user profiles and behavioral data to enhance personalized experiences.
- Assist with tagging, UTM tracking, and revenue attribution reporting for email campaigns.
4. Collaboration & Cross-Functional Support
- Partner with Product Marketing and Design to source and QA assets (copy, images, templates).
- Coordinate with Marketing Ops for data requirements and lead scoring inputs.
- Support ad-hoc email requests from cross-functional teams while ensuring brand consistency and compliance with best practices.
5. Compliance & Best Practices
- Ensure all campaigns meet international compliance standards (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.).
- Manage subscription preferences and suppression lists to maintain list health.
- Stay up to date on email marketing best practices and share executional improvements with the team.
Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Email Marketing, or Business English.
2. 3+ years of B2B email marketing experience, preferably with a SaaS or e-commerce background.
3. Familiarity with overseas email marketing scenarios and practices (including regulations such as GDPR and CAN-SPAM), and theoretical knowledge of lead/user segmentation, screening, and content marketing.
4. Familiarity with the operation and management of mainstream email marketing tools (such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, and Instantly.ai).
5. English is a working language, with excellent written English skills suitable for email marketing and other scenarios;
6. Patient and detail-oriented, with strong logical thinking and data analysis skills.
7. Strong communication and cross-departmental collaboration skills, project management mindset, and a strong sense of responsibility.
Nice to have
1. Experience with operational projects in the European and American markets is preferred.
2. Understanding of the B2B lead conversion process and martech-related theoretical knowledge is preferred.
3. Ability to customize HTML and CSS using email templates.
